Bill has over 15 years of service in state government having experience as an Adult Protective Service Investigator and program support specialist, as a trainer and curriculum developer, and as a special project coordinator. Bill currently serves as the Project Manager Lead for the Program Development and Innovation Unit within the Quality Monitoring Unit for Texas Health and Human Services.In his spare time Bill enjoys all activities with his family and friends. His greatest joy is in supporting the curiosity and goals shared with him in conversation with his teen daughter and tween son.
