Deborah Armstrong is an industry-recognized servant leader with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She is deeply committed to transforming the culture of long-term care in ways that affirm the dignity and value of every individual.Her hands-on experience spans a wide range of senior living environments, including hospitality-based models, co-ops, independent and assisted living, memory support, skilled rehabilitation services, and continuing care retirement communities. Deborah brings over two decades of senior-level leadership in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.Deborah has led initiatives in strategic and expansion planning, start-ups, new construction, health and wellness program development, and culture change. She has successfully guided teams through transitions from traditional care models to universal worker models and has provided expert coaching on operational challenges, succession planning, and financial sustainability.With a professional foundation in social work and long-term care administration, Deborah is known for her ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and align stakeholders around a shared mission. She has served in numerous leadership roles and on various boards and advisory groups. Most recently, she completed the prestigious Masters Leadership Program of San Antonio.
