Throughout her career, she has served on numerous boards and committees with state and federal governmental agencies, as well as private organizations, focusing on long-term care, quality improvement, and regulatory issues.
She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Statistics from The University of Texas at Austin.
Dorothy’s passion is advancing patient-directed care and ensuring that caregivers have access to the resources, education, and support they need to provide high-quality, person-centered care.
