Krista Olson, MS, CCC-SLP, RAC-CT, is a Texas native with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance across the care continuum. She earned her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. A licensed speech-language pathologist and RAC-CT certified professional, Krista has worked extensively with individuals experiencing neurogenic communication disorders, including dementia. As Regional Vice President of Business Development at Crestmark Pharmacy, she leads strategic partnerships that support quality care, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment. Krista also serves on the Women’s Leadership Network for LeadingAge Southeast and is committed to advancing person-centered care in support of the Texas Culture Change Coalition’s mission.
