In January 2026, Michael assumed the position of Executive Director at Brazos Tower and Bayou Manor in Houston, Texas. Michael has been a healthcare administrator for the past 12 years working for three prestigious not for profit senior living communities in the Houston Area. Michael joined The Crossings team in the latter part of 2019 as the Healthcare Administrator. The Crossings is a five star senior living community in the Houston, Galveston market focused on quality of life and care for seniors in all aspects of senior living. The Crossings is an Eden Alternative growth member. Michael has been asked to be on the Board of Directors of the Eden Alternative International has been an active member of Leading Age Texas, Education Board and on the Board of the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce. Michael has a servant heart and is interested in finding new ways to enhance the lives of elders, their families and the associates that work closest with those elders.Michael has a degree from the University of Georgia in Business – Economics. He also holds degrees in Risk Management, Stephen Ministry, and is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA). Michael was guided to senior care after a career analyzing corporate risk for fortune 500 companies, senior living communities, financial institutions, contractors and commercial manufacturers as a commercial insurance underwriter. Michael is married, has two married adult sons and is blessed to have a granddaughter since June of 2025.
