Susan Purcell, BS, RN, CPHQ is a registered nurse with 40+ years of experience in various clinical settings, leadership and quality improvement. She is employed with TMF Health Quality Institute for over 22 years, leading clinical quality improvement projects. She is currently the SME for long term care quality improvement in five states, including Texas. In addition to serving on the Texas Culture Change Coalition board, she also serves on the advisory council for the University of Texas School of Nursing Center for Excellence in Long Term Care, the Houston Health Department Antimicrobial Stewardship Executive Committee, and has served on the leadership council for the Nebraska Culture Change Coalition.
